Lovely little place, and despite the construction going around the centre, it’s still excellent to visit. Didn’t expect to see any dolphins, but when one turned up unannounced the staff all rushed out to get people to see it. Excellent people and lovely place.

Unfortunately we were unable to see any dolphins, however spent some time admiring the creatures inside and chatting to the friendly staff.

Fantastic place to have a Dolphin encounter. Good thing about this place is that you will get 3 chances go have Dolphin encounter in the beach if during your visit they never showed up. Feeding session is interesting.

Staff and volnteers were wonderful. Students enjoyed the visit as part of a day trip. The facility is limited at present, in the middle of a significant refurbishment. Good hands-on for Year 10 group.

Must explore the whole centre as looks can be deceiving but pretty good. Cant wait for the upgrades! Must go early (8-9am) in the morning to interact with the dolphins!

The entrance and shop are outdated as is the aquarium, I felt sorry for the aquatic creatures being kept in such a small confined space. They seemed to be out of stock of a lot of tourist souvenirs. Definitely not handicapped friendly. I felt so embarrassed on their wheelchair being pushed and pulled through the beach sand like a beached whale, with about six or seven young people trying to push me back to land from the boat. I was mortified about my handicap and hid my face in shame. Although the boat was small it was still a good way to see some dolphins. We were guaranteed to see some dolphins, if not our money would be refunded or we could reschedule for another trip. While there I heard a rumour in regards to them getting a jetty put in, of this does happen it will hopefully be easier and less mortifying for people needing wheelchairs.

This is a Must Do when in Bunbury with kids or if you have an interest in marine life. Its Educational and fun!
If u miss out on seeing the dolphins u can return on the same pass on another day prior to displayed expiry on ur pass.
