  I recently had Justin sand n polished my floors, and I am extremely happy with the results. Justin seamlessly restored all the problem areas, he was professional and communicated clearly throughout the process, which made it easy to work with him.   Justin did an amazing job of sanding and polishing our tassie oak floors. I was very apprehensive about selecting the right contractor as we’d had a bad experience previously - with not enough coats and the floor wearing significantly after only 24 months. But there was no need to worry with Justin, our floors look beautiful with a lovely quality finish and I can already tell they will wear very well. Justin is skilled at fixing and replacing boards if necessary and takes pride in his work. Big thanks 🙏 to Justin!

  Justin and his team were very responsive from the start. Justin provided a competitive quote, and correspondence was brilliant.
  
  We had carpet in 4 rooms and a walk in robe that we ripped out as we preferred floorboards. After ripping out the carpet we found one of the room's timber floors had water damage and the walk in robe had no timber floors at all underneath. None of this was a problem for Justin however; he had solutions for both problems. The result was brilliant and we honestly could not be happier with how the floors turned out! We had existing timber floors throughout the rest of the house that were stained, and the color matching between the existing floors and new ones are perfect - you could not tell that they were done at different times. We would recommend Justin in a heartbeat to anyone wanting to have their floors done.

  Justin came out on time, provided a very competitive quote, gave me advice on a number of items and was very professional in his work and attitude. We had our Tassie Oak floorboards which had previously had carpet over them sanded and polished and I couldn’t believe how well they came up! Almost all of the marks were gone, and I had many creaky floorboards which were also fixed. Justin also installed some quad for us in the transition areas which was very helpful. Highly recommended.
