“Working with digital junkies has been an exciting journey from the very beginning. Joe and lucy have been so generous with their time before we signed up for their services, allowing us to ask as many questions as necessary to fully understand how their services work.
Initially I thought using their CRM ‘Tectonic’ would take weeks to months to learn, however the site is very intuitive and easy to work with. The greatest aspect for me is the built in Online Course Hosting platform. I’ve moved all my courses from Squarespace to Tectonic and it’s so much easier.
The social media ads are like trying to learn a foreign language, so Nat has been a wizard in generously giving his time for a phone call anytime I need to ask a question. He is so supportive, responsive and obviously knows a LOT about what he does - we at VibroSound Healing are highly impressed. The results from our ads are through the roof, and Nat has set up a highly efficient and easy workflow - fully automated.
Our product is the only one on the Australian market and in a unique industry of Sound therapy. The team have taken the time to learn and experience what we are selling. They give incredible feedback and I genuinely feel like we’re working as a team to share our company’s vision with Australia. 10/10 I would recommend (and do recommend) to anyone who has been struggling with their branding, social media and marketing game. Give them a try, you won’t regret it!!
