Almost a great meal. The atmosphere was really nice and the staff where great. The food needs a little improvement (could have just been a bad day for the chief) the chicken was far too battered and I struggled to taste it. Which is a shame as it was cooked perfectly and the sauce was amazing. The onion rings had too much batter on them making the onion raw and flavourless. That said I still ate it all as the buns sauce and extras were amazing. So close to being a great bite.

Just amazing burgers! They were fresh and flavoursome. I had the pickle me elmo, the tangy pickle went perfectly with the soft bun and juicy patty. The fries were crunchy and perfectly seasoned and the onion rings were also top notch, crispy on the outside and well cooked on the inside. There are a few tables inside and outside, ordering is via QR code on the tables. Service was excellent, would 100% come back again for a feed!

Great price and a huge feed. I don’t normally eat chips, but these chips were amazing soft on the inside crunchy on the outside. 10/10 burgers and chips. 💯 Would recommend! And return!

100% top notch this place, went with our fortnightly burger club and everyone had a blast - food, decor, staff, atmosphere all perfect, especially the thickshakes!

Super fun speed challenge. Done this twice (one plain and another with half bottle of 13 angry scorpion hot sauce) always so yummy and I crave for more. Matt and Kat are legends for designing this amazing challenge. What I love most is how the wffle and Mac and cheese breaks the texture and flavour to other burger challenges. The addition of the hot sauce elevated the taste of the burger assisting me to eat it faster the 2nd time round. If you love hot sauce and burgers, this is place to be. They have a a range of hot sauce to add to your meal from medium to ultra hots.

I dined at 3:00 pm on a Saturday.
I was the only one there and was served immediately.
The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.
The atmosphere was chic and comfortable.
There was space to eat inside and outside.
The menu was extensive and very tempting.
I had a double down and a serve of onion rings.
The food arrived promptly and it was hot and delicious.
The burger retained its shape and did my fall apart. The blend of flavours was impressive.
I didn’t have dessert, but will return to do so.
It was a wonderful experience.

Hashtag burgers and waffles, one of the most highly recommended burger joints in Bris that I have been wanting to tick off the list for yonks. Recently relocated to the Valley and renovations mostly completed I went for dine in yesterday to get the full experience.

Menu wise its pretty much all beef burgs, the difficult decision comes from picking one of the 7 on offer. Chips on a burger caught my eye so I signed myself up for the dirty uncle and side of buffalo chicken loaded fries to share. My mate went the hotshot and doubled it up.

So much to unpack about this burger! First thing is the bun, possibly the best I have ever had. Japanese style milk bun, super fluffy and soft like most milk buns but have been toasted beyond the norm, almost like perfectly cooked crunchy toast. Adds another dimension as you have contrast between soft and crunchy in the same bite plus it stops any of the sauce from soaking into the bun.

Super thin smashed patties are all the craze at the moment but this beef is the thick traditional patty cooked perfectly. Super charred and crunchy outside, moist and pink on the inside with a really strong beef flavour. Sauces are kept in check which really lets the beef shine. Maple bacon was salty with the sweetness being more subtle then overpowering. The chips, shallots and pickle mayo on the bottom tied it all together.

The restaurant itself is small but groovy with lots of charm and colour. Customer service was excellent as it's the owners Matti/Kate taking your order and cooking your food, its clear they have a passion for burgers.

Even with my expectations set pretty high I was still blown away with the quality of the ingredients and how well crafted my burger was. One of my favourites this year and deserves a 5 star rating!
