I had a key cut here for my 2009 Falcon a few years ago, the remote failed on it recently. I then discovered the actual key would only unlock the door and not lock it. They replaced the battery and the key, checked it all worked correctly, then did not charge me, not even for the battery. Great service !!!!

The team were amazing. I contacted them via a google search for a non urgent job. They arrived within a few days and helped me with several lock issues in my new house. They swapped out broken parts, saving me money as I didn’t have to replace the full lock, and supported me to select new door handles and types of locks for my internal and external doors. They then helped install my new door handles and took great care not to damage any of the woodwork. I highly recommend them as they are trustworthy local business with a great team.

I had Dave come out and re-key my house after we were broken into. He was timely, and tidy, and did exactly what I needed him to. We needed a further lock that had to be ordered, so Dave had to return a few weeks later. I suspect he knew what a difficult time we had recently had, and he did this further lock gratis. It was unexpected, incredible generous, and has restored my faith in humanity. There are good people out there - the owner of this business is one of them. Take your business here.
