been meaning to positive review this shop ..dropped in on the off-chance these guys had a spare when the magnetic sensor lost off front wheel. I was prepared to purchase a new Odo / Timer, but they rustled around in the parts bin and voila..! Back on the road in less than 5mins. No charge. 10/10 thank you.
I dropped in on my ride to work with an unexpectedly broken bolt on my bike's seat post clamp (happened about 20min earlier) and the gentlemen at Cycle Centre could not have been more friendly or helpful. They patiently tried a number of different replacement clamps until they found one that fit my bike's oddly-sized frame, and had me on my way again in next to no time!
Friendly and knowledgeable team, nice shop and great service - highly recommended.
I took my road bike in to have a new derailleur, cassette and chain installed, as well as a few other items fixed. I have never experienced better customer service. These guys went out of their way to source the right components, keep the cost down, and they communicated every step of the way.
Highly recommended.
Is the third time I buy the bicycle from this shop. Great customer service , the guys are really knowledgeable on bicycle and servicing parts, they also help you to understand better which sort of bicycle is right for you use without ripping you of, very good selection of bicycle and quality price never had any problem. Strongly recommended . Thanks Guys
They r very helpful. Their price for supply and fit a tube on the rear wheel of my Marida racer is $18.50. This is $10 cheaper then most other cycle shops. Today I was short of money so I bought the tube for only $8.50 and fitted myself at their shop. They allowed me to use their tools and pump for nothing. Also advised me a couple of tricks to known l in fitting tubes. Thanks
I went there to get my bike fixed. First things first, the service was quick and fine. No issues there! The guy made a funny remark about my English (I am still learning being a non-native) and reminded that a bike puncture should be called a puncture. He then started fixing my bike. Then he reminded that I should be watching him fix my bike and learn from him rather than looking into my phone (as I was replying to work emails). I am sure the gentleman had good intentions when he said this, but it came across as very rude and condescending. I am sure these guys are good at what they do, but a bit of customer etiquette/politeness would go a long way! All the best to you!
I just had a basic $69 service done on a 7 year old road bike and now it feels and looks like new again. Awesome service from Benny
We hired 4 bikes for 24hrs cost over $100. One bike only worked for 1 block when ridden and then the chain came off so we could not use it. Took the bikes back the next day and advised what happened. No apology, no refund and they just took the bike back and said nothing. Very poor servicing of their rental bikes and very poor customer service.
Outstanding service! My spoke broke on my bicycle I bought from them a few months earlier. Not only did they fix the spoke, they serviced the bike and replaced a cable as part of the service bonus you get when you buy a bicycle from them. Best bike shop in Perth.
Fantastic Customer Service, helped me with everything i needed and wanted to know. WIll definitely recommend.
Excellent bike shop, I've used cycle centre for various jobs and different bikes over the years, new wheels and truing, bike boxing, general service, always quality, friendly and affordable. Most recently a snapped gear cable on my road bike, first checked in with my now nearest store, Bike Force, was told it would be an hours labour and no availability for over a week. Rang Cycle Centre, dropped in at 9am next morning on way to work and was called shortly after to say it was fixed, $20 too easy. Thanks guys!
