We are happy with our experience with Kingsbridge Homes. In the Covid environment, Kingsbridge delivered the house in seven months. Everyone we dealt with has been professional and assisted with all our inquires and concerns. Our site supervisor was approachable during the build and ever after handover. He helped resolve issues and defects without hesitation. My suggestion to Kingsbridge is to have its own color gallery for a better customer experience.

Our experience with Kingsbridge homes has been good from sales to build. Our sales representative, administrator and supervisor were helpful, knowledgeable and their customer service is outstanding. The issues identified by the private inspector in the handover stage were taken care of by the site supervisor. The overall build quality of the house is good, but I think the paintwork could have been better. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kingsbridge to anyone who is looking to build. I have already referred a work colleague who is building a Kingsbridge home.

We build our first home with Kingsbridge and thoroughly enjoyed this. We were confident in the team especially Danielle our site supervisor who operated with all our requests. She was extremely patient and provided us with genuine advice with colours and materials. Our Berkley 32 has definitely met all our expectations and very pleased.

My fiancé and I started looking at Kingsbridge Homes in late 2019. We spoke to Rawad, who helped us decide on floor plan style that suited our needs. We decided on the Stanford 26 with some minor changes made to better facilitate our lifestyle. The process was seamless, as was the colour selection process. Abbi provided us support through the administration part, always answering questions we had promptly. Danielle was our site manager and ensured the highest quality of standards, including things other builders seemed to miss when we were initially looking, like making sure the tops of the doors were painted. We have been living here for about a week and nothing but braise for Kingsbridge.

Abbi’s customer service was amazing, was very helpful through out the whole process. Kept us up to date with everything would highly recommend.
