Extremely bad experience.
1. Was supposed to come out and quote me on Thursday at 4pm. Instead, he came after 5pm with short notice
2. He was supposed to install a garage motor at 11am the following Wednesday (I even called him to confirm the day before). On the day, he did not show up despite several attempts to call him. He then called me at 6pm to tell me that he'll come the following day (Thurs) at 11am
3. On Thursday, he came at 1pm instead of 11am. Despite telling me that the motor would fit when he came out to quote me (point 1), it ended up not fitting as a beam was in the way of the motor. He promised that will return on Sunday with a different motor to install. When asked, he promised that he will come out
4. on Sunday, I called him to check what time he was coming, he said that he still doesn't have the motor

I told him not to return to my property as i will find someone else. SHOCKING, SHOCKING, SHOCKING. I guess you get what you pay for. Big headache

We purchased a roller shutter for our carport from Jun. The price was excellent and the installation process painless. We had a small issue almost a year later and they turned up the next day (Saturday) to help. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Installation was fine but the motor has since stopped working and despite repeated requests for assistance to get the door working again, no one has turned up when promised. I guess you get what you pay for
