Excellent staff and great service. Good equipment. I left my spare keys in the ski pants when I returned the hired gear and when I called, they checked my details and posted it back to my address promptly.

We were greeted by their friendly team and kitted out ready for Lake Mountain. They had up to size 50 boots! And at 6'8" I was also able to get pants long enough. A huge range of toboggans to hire or buy.
On return they were so friendly and remembered us, asking how our day was and how the kids enjoyed it.

Staff was informative about how to put the chain on. Service with smile and fast. Reasonable price. It was a busy day but they keep their service level. Will surely come again next time.

Hired snow clothes shoes toboggan and chains. Very friendly patient service. Chains are a pain for the uninitiated. Pay attention when they go through how to fit it else you will be cursing at the fitting area halfway up the mountain. Prices are very reasonable, good selection of sale gear. All kit was perfectly fit for purpose. Our 4 year old loved it on lake mountain. A must for young families 2 hours from Melbourne.

Friendly service. Good gear. Had to hire chains, was given a great lesson on using them, but before I left the shop the conditions had changed and no longer needed them, was given a refund no problem. Busy in the school holidays but they dealt with it really well.

The staff was very helpful, helping us pick out the right gear to hire without overselling. They also had a lot of tips and information to offer about how to get the most out of a trip to the Lake Mountain resort.
