Door to room hard to lock/unlock. Sound travels straight through the rooms, had 2 terrible nights sleep thanks to person next door watching TV. Small dated rooms beds are very firm but not uncomfortable.

At this price range I expect a clean, warm room, a comfy bed, a good shower and a bit of breakfast. And I get it every time I stay there. Best value I have found in the area.

My mum and sister stayed here the past few days and my sister is now in hospital with pneumonia because of the cold room. Staff are liars and wouldn't listen to my mums concerns. The cleaners were the only lovely people there. Not good enough.

Reception very rude. When booking asked for a down stairs room but booked into upstairs told "too bad didnt have any down stairs room left". Very noisy with drunks from hotel across the road. Rooms are small and dated but clean.

This place is noisy on a busy street with drunks from the neighbouring hotel coming through all night the staff are nothing but rude the rooms are very out dated the television are that old and small you wouldn't even be able to give them away . Had the worst night sleep worring that the stuff in the car was not going to be there in the morning and wasn't game to leave anything in the room if we weren't there. I have never left a bad review on anything but this place was that bad it made me want to .
