These guys are really top notch. The product quality is excellent but it is the service that makes the difference. Our first covers was out by a few centimetres and they immediately made a new one and sent it out to us without question. I am sure they don't get things wrong often but if they do they really know how to ensure customer loyalty.

It took me a short while to figure out how to leave my first ever google review, but I persisted because I have been so impressed with this company.
Their aftersales service and direct communication have shown a genuine care for their customers and their products that has been above and beyond in my experience - something that I really appreciate when ordering online.
Just for info, I bought two large out door furniture covers, that look great and fit perfectly thanks to an accurate and descriptive website.

I am a returning customer to Coverworld. Both times I have purchased via their internet site. Choosing the right product has been easy using the Coverworld sizing guide. The products I purchased are used to cover my garden outdoor furniture. Living in Melbourne we get extreme weather from rain to heat. My furniture remains in perfect condition. Products arrive quickly and price point is excellent like the material the covers are made from.

Purchased a float cover from Coverworld, to cover my 6 meter custom built horse float. Ordered in December 2016 and after lots of lies and fake tracking number it arrived February 2017. The float cover was ill fitting, they had forgotten to add the zips at the back of the cover, the access zip to the door didn’t match the door opening and the eye sockets that connect to each other where the rope attaches to hold the cover down were incorrectly placed hitting the wheels and making it impossible to secure. The cover once on, increased the temperature inside the float to over 50deg making it impossible to store anything inside float as I live in FNQ, they claim it’s a breathable material. After contacting them and issued with numerous excuses and ill-informed emails, I was forced to contact the OOFT. On my behalf, I asked the OOFT to ask for a refund but was refused by the owner Samantha, with the excuse it was custom made. They finally agreed to add the zips at no cost to me and say it will be returned early May, 6 months after I ordered it. The emails I received from this company have been condescending and full of excuses, blaming me the consumer for everything. This has been one of the worst experiences and I have now payed $1800 for a product that I am not happy with.
