Will tell you anything they need to to get you to sign the dotted line. Afterwards you can barely get any assistance, calls ignored or not returned. Build time blow outs with no explanation. 100% regret going with this company and will choose another for the 2nd build.

This is the third time we have built and approached it with trepidation, I wish Country Living Homes had been around the first 2 times, they have been so easy to deal with and really put our mind at ease. From our first contact with Sharon in sales to our regular contact with Neil the building supervisor, nothing has been a problem. Any questions or problems were sorted out very quickly by Neil and he was willing to listen to any ideas we had plus he offered some great suggestions. The entire work crew were very professional and easy to deal with. We would have no hesitation in recommending Country Living Homes to anyone wishing to build to have absolute peace of mind.

You would have thought Building during the COVID 19 pandemic would be fraught with delays and problems. but not this one. Country Living Homes have built a fantastic home on time and on budget. The planning process was effortless and Julia helping to choose the details. Then in under three months they pulled together a great team led by Building Supervisor Neil and delivered a quality home. I wasn’t all smooth sailing with a few problems but they were quickly fixed. What more can I say agreat build.

Our experience with CLH was great. They worked with us to come up with a design which had everything we wanted in our holiday home and within our budget. We recently handed over and have been impressed with the finishes and overall quality. The team were fantastic. They were always easy to deal with and were happy to answer my many questions! My husband and I decided to build our dream home and never hesitated at giving Country Living Homes an opportunity to quote. We moved our family from Victoria back to my husband’s home town and we’re involved in every aspect of the build. Our experience was positive and our home is beyond what we expected from signing with Mark to selections with Julia.
Julia was incredible and even met us in Adelaide to guide us with the choosing of our kitchen and all of the cabinetry to tiling and sanitary ware.
Our building supervisor (Jared) worked tirelessly to ensure we got the build that we envisaged.
Our build is now our family home and I cannot thank the team at Country Living Homes enough.
