The Horsham Plaza is a bit small to my liking but it's okay. My favourite shops are Sanity, Kmart and The Reject Shop. It gets a bit crowded sometimes especially around Christmas time. Most of the staff are nice, polite and are happy to help and that is everything an employee should be. I find that the prices in the shops are at good price, some things can be a little overpriced compared to other stores. In overall the Horsham Plaza is a good shopping centre although it could use some improving.
