Very helpful staff and they had a great range of options across many different themes. Convenient if you are located in the city as they let you drop costumes back on the Monday after a weekend do.

It was 4:20pm on a Saturday afternoon, I live in Southbank and I needed a costume for the evening. I called Costume Factory too late in the day to make a costume reservation, but I ran to their shop anyway.

They had already worked up some suggestions by the time I arrived. Within the short 12 minutes until they closed for the day I was completely kitted out and ready to go, and the costume worked a treat all night.

Definitely the best costume place in Melb. The staff there were super friendly. I had no idea what I was going to dress up as but the girl on shift walked me through their huge selection of outfits and just kept giving me different options until I found one that I liked. Heading back as soon as the next dress up party comes along!! Awesome.

Why would you go anywhere else for all your costume and dress up needs?! Place is incredible, staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Special shoutout to Zoe for being amazing! Definitely will be back every time.

Cannot recommend this store highly enough. The customer service i received was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them. Will defiantly be using them for all my future costume/makeup requirements

Amazing experience. I was not keen for a fancy dress themed party. However, once I entered the place and was greeted by the friendly staff and I felt their positive energy and enthusiasm and before I had a chance to speak I was fitted-out in a disco inspired piece. Loved it so much I want to buy the shirt! This is the place for all fancy dress requirements

It’s day 87 since I bought my horse costume and the horses have accepted me as one of their own. I have grown to understand and respect their gentle ways. Now I question everything I once knew and fear I am no longer capable of following through with my primary objective. I know that those who sent me will not relent. They will send others in my place. But we will be ready.

With a day to go until the main event, I rang the Costume Factory in a flurry, to see if they had what I needed to transform in to Cleopatra. They told me that they had a great range to choose from, so I ran up and had a fantastic outfit sorted within 20 minutes. Great service. Great selection. Well priced. Highly recommend.

Great selection and staff always friendly. Have rented costumes (favourite was Princess Fiona) and sought help for emergency dance costume requirements. Terrific selection of costume makeup (I needed green and they helped with advice on how to apply) and they even have wig accessories. If you work or live in the city - a terrific place to go!
