The costumer service from the very 1st phone call to booking in the installer was 1st class. Always kept updated and found staff very friendly and helpful. The product looks amazing and the wife is super happy. I would highly recommend using cosmopolitan shutters.

Worst customer service, shutters were delayed by over 2 months. Blamed chinese new year for the delay. They were very difficult to deal with. They are not a small business and teams are completely disjointed, with no communication or knowledge of whats going on. Would recommend going with another business.

A seamless process. From the first point of contact to the final installation, it was smooth sailing and nothing was too big an issue. We had 28 windows covered with shutters and an outdoor area with shutters and large blind. Jules was an absolute pleasure to deal with, as were the office staff and the four gents who attended for the installation were some of the most courteous we have dealt with. This is our second purchase of shutters from Cosmopolitan (the first being 11 years ago in an apartment) and the professionalism has not changed since. It’s a credit to Bruce and his team. It has truly transformed a house into our home. Thank you so much.
