  We are so thrilled with our new exposed aggregate driveway from Concrete Gem. Right from the start we knew we were in good hands. Communication was always really clear and efficient. Meg was really thorough and always explained each stage of the job. The finish product looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier. We would highly recommend Concrete Gem to anyone, in fact we already have! Thanks Concrete Gem :)

  Thank you Meg, Phillip and your team for such a wonderful job! We are thrilled with the outcome of our new concrete driveway - it really enhances and compliments our house. Meg was superb to deal with - always super responsive and punctual and gave valuable advice. She fit us in earlier when there was a change in another client's schedule, and advised on the aggregate colour, as well as helping us decide what to do with the adjoining walkway. She would give us frequent updates on the job so we always knew where things were at. Honestly we have never had such a positive experience with a trade business before - customer service and the workmanship was top notch. Highly recommended!

  Can't speak highly enough of Concrete Gem Services! From Meg's initial site visit and quote, there was a sense of trust that these guys are good at what they do. Meg is efficient and knowledgable in the process of quoting, understanding the details of the job and giving suggestions on material and finish. Phil and his team then built our driveway finishing ahead of time - they really take pride in their work. I can honestly say that Concrete Gem Services have done a perfect job on our new driveway and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

  Concrete Gem Services completed the majority of our concreting and exposed aggregate pathways around our new house including our cross over and front council footpath. Meg, Phil and the team were fantastic to deal with! Our end to end experience with all our concreting needs was one of the most smoothest experiences we've had! Meg kept us informed every step of the way and was super responsive to any questions we had. Meg went above and beyond in successfully managing every challenge that was presented to us where council requirements are concerned!! She even made contact with our fencing people to ensure everything was going to be well integrated. Project management at its best! Would highly recommend their services to anyone.

  From the moment we contacted Meg at Concrete Gem Services, the entire process was a breeze. Her professionalism and knowledge was second to none, with communication skills to match. Leading up to the work commencing, Meg would keep us updated on days and dates and what would occur on each of these. Phil and Jason were excellent workers and along with Meg formed a fantastic team. It was evident that both Phil and Jason enjoyed the work that they did and had pride in every aspect of it.
  
  One of the key points for us was that Meg would come to our house each day to ensure we were happy with what had been completed and then communicated what was to be done that day.
  
  Overall we couldn't have been happier with the outcome and would highly recommend Concrete Gem Services to anyone wanting a first class job.
  
  We now have the best driveway in the street.
