Just fantastic.
Needed to change from Gas to Electric hot water due to an issue with the Gas bottle supply. They changed it over the same day I called them. Everyone was very helpful from the office staff to the installer and the electrician.
The big plus was the site was left better than they found it.

Excellent customer service. Bray was fantastic, as he quickly identified and explained the issue and repaired our system. The service centre staff were also very helpful. Highly recommend Newcastle Hot Water.

Highly recommend,
Really happy with the entire team, Was a positive experience from start to finish. All the staff were friendly and professional.
Never a good time to have a hot water unit fail, but ours failed just before long weekend. Newcastle hot water got a quote to me with options within the hour, I accepted the quote and they had new unit installed before the long weekend. All with in 24 hours of first contact.
My family were grateful to have hot water again.
I really couldn't have asked for better service. Keep up the good work :)

Had new hot water system installed. Plumbing and electrical systems professionally installed and clean up was very good. Only one problem. No hot water. The best part was the after sales service on a holiday weekend was excellent. Initially disappointed, ultermately very happy. Recommend Ncle Hot Water, good people to do business with. John Williams.

After our hot water system unexpectedly failed we needed a new system asap. Newcastle Hot Water were really helpful with advice on the system we needed and were able to install our new unit the next day. The tradie turned up on time, communicated well and did a fantastic job of the install. The system has worked perfectly in its first week of operation. Definitely recommend this team.
