Big thank you to Shane for his time to double check our solar set up in our new caravan. He was very helpful and explained everything very clearly. Highly recommend for knowledge on all things solar for your caravan.

I called in to get a dropdown leg for my caravan - this place is a total rip-off do not go there . I needed the part so I bought it - The part supplied was not new and very overpriced when I compared to other suppliers after the purchase. Do yourself a favour and say away from this company.

Great service here at Complete RV Services. Daniel looked after us with a service of our Avan Cruiseliner offering great advice and clearly expert in his field. Will return gladly, despite the distance from our home to this workshop in Penrith.

After numerous delays and no communication with a different repairer, I took my van into Complete RV for assessment. Dan was great, quoted the job to our insurance company in record time, and after getting approval had the repairs completed in 2 weeks.
Was a pleasure to deal with and will be taking our van back to them for servicing in the future.

    A rip off.

Called Complete RV Services out to have a look at my camper trailer which was jamming (would not lower) on two corners.

For his services, I was charged (and I regretfully paid) $660, made up of a $250 call out fee because we lived "so far" away (30 minutes from another job he was attending that morning and even though he said he serviced my area??) and the rest of the cost was to 'diagnose' the problem, clean out two tracks, pop one push rod back in and pack my camper down. I reckon that's a massive overcharge for this job. I feel like a real chump paying that.

After a little time and some comments and questions, it became clear to me this guy didn't know much about old Cub pop-top campers (I guess he mostly deals with modern rigs?) and then he quoted me $4000 to replace all the cables on the camper.

This is a 1993 Cub Drifter. Unlike Jayco campers, all the cables are on the underside/outside of the camper. Very easy to remove/replace. Replacing all four cables and winch cable should only cost between $500 - $1000 (I've since been told) and most Cub owners do the job themselves; it's that easy.

It'll be more affordable for me to hire a nanny to look after my baby for the day to do the job myself. Thanks, mate.

How he justifies $4k is beyond me. I declined this service.

He also offered to tow our camper to his workshop and pressure clean the four tracks that hold the cables and push rods for $700 (on top of the $660 he was charging me). I declined that too. There's no justifying that cost. Outrageous.

Dubious they have the knowledge to work on old campers. Not sure how they come up with their pricing. Won't be contacting them again.
