I reached out to this company after one of their recommendations declined my application and they didn't bother helping me or following anything up at all. Pathetic. Also, they get kick backs from their recommendations it's all corrupt

If you give them your number, they will continue you call you until you pick up ! I went online to look for quotes, and the following days after I kept on receiving calls. I finally picked up whilst at work, and the staff member would NOT let me hang up - despite telling him numerous times that I was at work, and I had patients waiting for me. I felt he was pushing me to covert and sign on with a healthfund. I understand he may have KPI's to meet, but it would be more considerate to listen to the customer if they have stated that they do not have time to stay on the phone.

Compare the Market is a spammer. Despite having told them to cease and desist from sending their unsolicited unwanted promotional emails to me they persist in doing so. They are using contact details from an inquiry I made several years ago, which I believe is highly unethical and possibly illegal. This means that if you contact them they will presumably also use your contact details to spam you for years, until you spit the dummy and demand they cease. Even then it appears they will have to be abused several times before they will action your demands that they cease.

Amazing and simple way to sign up for electricity and gas supplies. Called me within 5 minutes of filling in the forms on the website. Process takes a little time while they go through all the formal stuff, but saved me from calling numerous suppliers for comparison. Team were helpful and friendly. Excellent service.
