We stayed for 15 nights while we worked at the Royal Easter Show 2021 and found it to be a fanatically convenient and friendly environment. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable, everything we needed was at our fingertips. We would recommend the Comfort Inn and Suites to anyone wanting a great stay in Sydney. They also have meeting rooms and parking, great for trainings.. Will definately be staying again!!

Very overpriced, the staff were very rude also, One of the cleaning staff took $150 out of my wallett.

The staff here are amazing and accommodating.
I was in a room that faces the main road, inside the driveway, and there is no sound proofing in the rooms.
The suites are nice, contain everything you need.
Internet can be a bit hit and miss, depending on what you need to do with it.

Had the greatest stay so glad we chose this little hidden gem!!!!!
Rooms were comfy and modern, so close to every point we needed to go in Sydney.
Staff was AMAZING super personalised, they were all so friendly and went the extra mile for us.
Great restaurants nearby
CANT WAIT TO RETURN AGAIN SOON!!

We booked a studio apartment but ended up in a one bedroom, (certainly no complaint there). The room was clean and the FULL kitchen was a big bonus for us. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The staff are excellent! Check-in was handled in seconds and check-out was even faster. Professional and pleasant with smiles all round.

I was at the back of the complex with a room that had a good view. Found it quiet. Was hard to get a taxi but the highlight of the area was Smokeys kebabs pide

Room did not seem to have some cups which would have been handy.

Although I had a good sleep, there was nothing I really liked there. The Room was smelly but tidy and towels had stains. There was proper window for airflow. Definitely wouldn't book again.

If your are looking for value for money, then this is a good pick. Located not far from Burwood station and the local food hub which makes it convenient. Room was more than adequate with all the essentials you would need for a short stay. Prices are comparible to air bnb but with advantage of having privacy. Also offers crib if you are traveling with baby. Very positive hassel free experience.

Room was immaculate, may have been recently rennovated as it was quite modern. Staff were so friendly.
Only criticism was the shower/bath was difficult to get in. Im 165cm tall bit struggled to get in and out of it.

I have been trying to call reception on my mobile for the last 45 mins - so much for reception being manned 24 hours. I am currently staying and power went off 45 mins ago I doubt I will ever stay here again not happy AT ALL and the one star is generous.

Only eaten at the cafe, quite nice. Reasonable value for money. Mates from out of state of stayed here. Reckon you get what you pay for, so they were happy. Is more of a motel than a hotel, but for the price get your hand off it if you want to sook. Keep up the good work crew.

I am from the country and urgently required close accommodation to the Strathfield Private hospital due to my husband's needed surgery. I am so glad I chose Comfort Inn Burwood. From my first phone contact I received such lovely and understanding assistance. Nothing was too much trouble, beginning with unexpected fluctuations in my family members necessitating me changing room sizes. The management and staff went out of their way to settle me into my new room while I was away at the hospital. Traveling alone, this was a very traumatic time, I can't thank them enough.
I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, with plenty of free easily accessible underground parking. I throughly recommend the Comfort Inn Burwood.

I noticed a cockroach in the bathroom on my first day. A staff member mentioned they will clean the room while I went out. (I left at 7am, returned 11pm.) The bed was made but the cockroach was still there. It was easy to see - just turn on the light and it moved around. Had to trap it in the drain with the bin in the end. Unpleasant. Not even given any insect spray to kill it on my own. I wouldn't return here.
