Nice place. Excellent restaurant. We had a cheap room. Which showed in the room with stains everywhere and very old bedding and appliances. But very friendly and exactly what we paid for

Not really happy with the dull entry at night hard to see anything also no microwave in rooms. I spoke to the owner about my room being cleaned and it never got done. He was not even sure when it would be done. Pool and spa facility is not even accessible because of it never being cleand and the WiFi is slow. Wouldn't stay here again. Lots of other options in the area

I give this place 1 Star only as it was not great! Firstly the person who served me upon arrival was rude in her manner. The room was really dated. Late 70's early 80's. Electric blankets did not work. The heating incredibly noisy. The bathrooms are dated. The front door was difficult to open and shut and there were big gaps under the doors. It was not clean. We had breakfast included - yet we had to ask fro bread and when they brought it out it was frozen white bread. The milk had run out. My girls poured some cereal and said it tasted stale. There was not sufficient cuttlery so I used a table spoon to make my coffee. The coffee was cold. The garden in the photos is grossly over-rated. After another guest wanted a cooked breakfast and had to wait almost half an hour before going to find someone he was told he was 5 minutes late for breakfast and she'd have to check to see if the chef would do it for her. I asked for late check out as I was traveling with children and it made it more convenient as we had a long day at the Eisteddfods and despite all rooms appearing to be empty she still charged me an extra $20.00 and said it would be too much work for the cleaners. I have never stayed at such an unprofessional hotel in all my life! I do however give them 1 star as their add on google makes the rooms look so so so much better than they are. Further, one of my children left her book behind and they were kind enough to give me a call to notify me that we had left the book behind.

Hmm! Customer service was not great and the rooms may look great but it seemed the kinder details were lost. Only one bar of soap for my whole stay? Hundreds of bugs (mozzies, moths, mites. A few roaches camped at my door when i came in) in the room and no bug spray? Low water pressure? Huge dancing space next to bed? Tiny TV with volume issues? Giant room and one small heater near the door? No extra blankets? No yogurt or interesting fruit selection for breakfast? Disappointing.

    *update*
Seems I mysteriously got signed up to this hotel's rewards program although I did not give permission for this. How unethical!

For the price, it is a very cozy and charming place to stay. Very friendly service.

This place used to be called Quality Inn. Now it is downgraded to Comfort Inn? The standard room is nice and big, so making the room appeared rather empty looking. The TV is very small, thus making tv watching hard, while resting from the bed. The food from its restaurant is nothing to shout about, but it is not disappointing either.
