BEST truffle fries! Staff are so down to earth and genuine good people 👌🏼 Love this place ❤
The food is great, the burger is massive if you're hungry. I'd have to recommend the pork sausage pizza - it's drizzled with honey and is a treat. Truffle fries are also very, very good.
We have been here a few times, but today was a bit disappointing. Serving staff seemed tired and like they didn't really care, we were asked how the meal was and as I was answering the server walked away.
I was also disappointed with the cost of the meals considering their size, presentation and condiments.
The pie came with a piece of cheeseit was weird considering it didn't compliment the flavours in the pie. Neither did the chutney which was sweet. Potatoes were awesome though, as was the pie itself.
I will say that previous meals have been tasty, so we will be coming back, hopefully the weird sides and poor service won't be an issue next time.
Love this place. Great atmosphere and food (truffle fries are DELICIOUS!!). Amazing service, especially Mel who respectfully and skilfully managed a customer who was very rude. Perfect place to catch up with some girlfriends and enjoy a nice meal.
Awesome food and great service love the beer i will be back thanks for a great day cheers
I've come here 4 times now, every time better than the last.
Great selection of beers and great parmas.
Love this place always recommend it to my friends and family.
I visited Australia from the United States. My friends took me there to try out the local flavors and was very impressed. The bartender was very knowledgeable, professional, clean and courteous. The food was great , too!! I will be back on my next trip.
If you're up for a pub like atmosphere - a few drinks with some mates - then this is a great place to go. However, I was looking for a typical craft brewery that celebrated local flavours and cuisine. I bought a tasting paddle and the staff were too busy to tell me what I was actually drinking! I go to breweries like this to experience the story of the alcohol - if I wanted a pub, I would've gone to a pub.
Great food and awesome beer. Friendly and accommodating staff. A great night out.
This used to be my favorite place in the yarra Valley..now service is rude and the food is disgusting and expensive. What a shame
Beer range is excellent. The food is just stunning. It's not a huge menu, and I feel that plays to their favour. Ordered the Shoestring fries with truffle salt, cheese platter, and the pork belly. Fries were great, and the cheese was very, very strong.
The pork belly was the kind of meal to drive long distance for. The pork was tender, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour. The skin was crispy and delicious, and really just perfect.
I would travel to eat here.
Loved the ambience, quite rustic with a modern touch. Enjoyed the tasting plate of all their beers, was an absolute delight. Best dish was the chilli clams.
Used to be great. Food is now bland and over priced. Service is arrogant and inflexible. Don't go with kids. Booked a high chair and wasn't advised that they don't do a kids menu anymore; waiter would not budge and advised that kids must order from the existing menu. Ribs are tender but tasteless. The cider 'sauce' is non-existent. Really disappointed.
The beers and ciders were great! We both got tasting paddles which were enjoyable, the atmosphere was great also and the small bites we had the calamari which was cooked perfectly! The mushroom pizza was a little less desirable definitely not worth $20 and the house chips were meant to be rosemary salted, unfortunately no rosemary in site or taste just boring chips.
