Exceptional! Brookley was a true professional, and all staff were focused on giving the best experience possible. The facilities and grounds are beautiful; all in all a wonderful day spa experience. If you want true relaxation and fantastic staff, this is the place to go. Highly recommended.

A wonderful day spa, elegant, clean, and totally relaxing experience. The therapists are warm, welcoming and professional. Remedial massage was excellent, Sothys facial was fabulous. The quality of service was no less than what I have come to expect from Sothys practitioners. Remember to try the tea in the lounge, and take your bathers to enjoy the sauna and pool!

I've been a client of Natskin Belgownie for a number of years, and each time my wife and I visit, we are both delighted with the professionalism and kindness displayed by all staff (a testament to Natalie :)). Today, however, I would like to specifically acknowledge one particular staff member, who I not only found to be incredible at her job, but also incredibly personable, Olivia.

I was a very happy recipient of the Escape package this morning, in the hands of the more than capable Olivia. There is not much that I can say except WOW! I've had massages in many places around the world, but Olivia's I would have to rate as one of the best I've EVER had! Olivia was very receptive to my needs, and applied the perfect amount of pressure to my stubborn and knotted muscles. She accurately identified my problem areas, and addressed them impeccably. I have to also acknowledge Olivia's wonderful sense of humour and rapport building. I wish more people in the industry were as personable.

We had a wonderful massage at the Natskin Spa yesterday. We had Emily and Jasmine in a couples massage and they were both great.
