cold bear team was very professional and time efficient in both answering all my queries as well as installing the unit for me within a week. the installing team was also excellent, two air-con installation was completed within one day and they even did the cleaning work afterwards and left no rubbish at site. i started enjoying the warm air immediately! highly recommended to all of you!

First up, we were happy with the proposal and quotation by Joshua for a split system for our open plan family room and kitchen, and a multi-split system for our four bedrooms. The installation team of two, Fook and Jack started on the date promised. These two worked hard all day to complete the installations by 6pm (in the dark). The systems installed looked neat and tidy. Good job, thanks.

Joshua and his team provided outstanding service to install a split air-conditioner at my house. They also provided me with many great advices about the brand selection and the spot of installation. I was very impressed to see when they entered into the house, they even took off the shoes while carrying the unit for indoor installation. This was the first time I saw such great care to a customer in Australia and it demonstrates Cold Bear Heating and Cooling company put both the quality of products and warm services to sustain the long-term customer relationship. We have two systems installed at our new build by Cold Bear, one ducted system and one split system. It is hassle free experience from the beginning to the end. They design the layout/capacity of the system to your needs, install the units to the highest standard, come back next day if you have any questions. They have Air Touch 4 installed for us so we can control all aircons at our fingertips. :)
I referred them to my friend to replace the existing duct unit and my friend is also very happy and satisfied. If you want reliable and responsive aircon trades, they are highly recommended!
