I rang twice to enquire about a vehicle, the first time I was promised a email in return about questions I asked that they didn't know at that time and they said they would get back too me but never did. The second time I rang, I asked to speak to the same person but they were busy with other customer's and I was promised a phone call back, 3 day's later still haven't heard anything back.
They have lost a very likely sale from an interstate buyer. Very poor service, obviously not keen on making sales and it's a wonder how they are still in business.response / report this review -

Just purchased a car of these guys. Great service and friendly staff. Country dealership with a big heart.
