Coast has built us a beautiful custom family home and we are over the moon with the result! Our demolish and build was a stress-free experience, and with the knowledge, care and expertise of the entire Team, we could not have been in better hands. We have received so many compliments on the quality, finish and design of our home and are proud to tell everyone that we built with Coast Homes.

We have been very fortunate to have just completed building with Coast Homes in Floreat.
The Coast team have been incredible and we have really appreciated their knowledge, skill and general care they have taken across the year long project.

We highly recommend Coast Homes for those looking to build. This is our third time building a house and our first experience with Coast Homes. Coast designed and built our downsizer home in 11 months as promised at a time when build times were blowing out for other builders. Our first interaction with Coast was with Fab, Building and Design Consultant, who was very easy to deal with, approachable and understanding of our brief. We met with other builders but ultimately chose Coast and it was absolutely the right decision - there was consistent progress on our build despite the building boom, the site was kept in an impeccable state during the build and we couldn't be happier with the house. Coast designed a house that really suits our needs and we had the invaluable support of Coast's interior designer Karen in choosing our interior finishes and the build was well supervised by Brendon who was fantastic in co-ordinating the trades. The team is really professional and take pride in delivering a well-completed home. Don't waste your time checking out their competitors, Coast Homes is well-priced and can be trusted to deliver your dream home.

Smooth, effortless process, everything you want in a Home Builder. Coast finished our home close to 2 months earlier in probably the craziest time that the building industry has seen. Thank you for everything Dean, Peter and Mark, our home is perfect.

Coast Homes built our custom designed "downsizer" and we could not be happier with our beautiful new home. From start to finish Mark, Dean, Karen (interior designer), Joe (project manager), Mike, Phillipa and the whole team were so supportive and helpful, it made our first time building experience so easy and exciting. Every detail we wanted, they accommodated and the workmanship and attention to detail from the awesome team of contractors ensured we were delivered a fantastic home on time and on budget (well we did make a few changes!!!). If you are looking for something special in your new home, want a quality build and fantastic customer service then definitely head over to Coast Homes.
