  Ordered bins for pick up that were full. Already paid for the month I had them (in advance). They took 10 days to come back and remove them and decided I needed to be charged for another whole month. Multi national company only in it to rip people off.

  Useless staff. Miss bin collection days, then reschedule it for the following week close to your next pickup date. Customer support representative told me that it was my problem to deal with whatever other waste accrues as a result of their failure to do their job.

  Can't stick to the truth and like to handball poor excuses ,we ordered two new green waste bins for Kilburn church what a joke ,you lot need to get it together ,so far only one has turned up what's the excuse now ,also can't collect rubbish properly miss some collect some weeks it's second time I had to ring and still waiting today for what they missed out on yesterday ,too much politics get your act together 😠😠😠😠😠

  Terrible company, terrible customer service. Arrogant rude staff, useless drivers. The only thing Cleanaway do expertly in waste is waste their customers time. No account manager in SA, they just don't value customers or communication. This many one star reviews can't be wrong.

  Well they dont know how to clean their mess they make up ,perhaps tell us if they are made to sit in their trucks and never get out ,in my twenty years never seen so much sloppyness .
