I made an appointment for a quote. They didn't show up. Called the company, no apologies. Made a second appointment. Didnt show up and havent heard from them since. Would not recommend.

We have been met with nothing but disappointment from Classic Fencing.

From difficulty committing to an installation time to an inferior product, culminating with poor responses to our concerns. Our fence is featured on their website and while it looks OK, in reality it is not. There are unexplained streaks all over the fence and gates right from the beginning. We were told that they would go away over time but they have only become worse. The hinges need to be constantly adjusted as both gates stick (one set of hinges has been replaced already), one gate is badly warped and our requests for assistance from the company have been - at best - reluctant. We are spending our public holiday, still trying to fix both gates so they open and close properly, to no avail. We are now looking for a fencing expert to fix or indeed replace these gates.

We feel that given the price we paid, we should have received a better product and cannot in good conscience recommend this business to others.
