It is sooo adorable. Turned up after a long drive at 8pm, got out of the car, heard the cows & got a wiff of the country air and with the warmest welcome by staff, felt a sense of tranquility before even getting in the room.
Once inside, the spacious room with classic trims on furniture, with a newly renovated bathroom was jouyous to walk into. The heater and electric blanket was turned on for us prior to our arrival for our comfort *tear drop. Lol. And they have foxtel!! Just the best experience in a lodge/motel in 30 yrs thus far. Though we're yet to see the outside area in broad daylight, I already have a warm fuzzy feeling so it can only get better. The drive in was a bit iffy considering the lights in the street had powered off, though GPS got us here without issues, and driving through the long driveway with trees to a roundabout that at night looked kewl to the office next to which was our room!! Just an awesome experience so far.
