After taking a very sentimental necklace to be restrung. I returned to collect it. To find they had taken the liberty of adding a very bright yellow bead through out the piece. Leaving it looking nothing like the original. When I asked for the additional colour to be removed. I was told to either find beads a more suitable colour. Or it will be returned to me unstrung. That I can take it elsewhere. This is after many weeks of waiting for it to be completed. I've just ended up with a zip lock bag of beads & a clasp. Devasted! It belonged to my Grandma. Who has passed away. No apology or service recovery of any kind offered. I would never trust this business with a piece of my jewelry again.
