$100 in price difference for one part compared to Adtrans Hino in Smeaton Grange. Very poor customer service, won’t bother calling again. Customer service was great and guy on the phone was friendly at Adtrans would highly recommend them.

third time bad experience . i called to get quote for parts and fit formy truck which i have it brand new from them 7 years ago. the lady on the phone finally got me the prices for the after 20 min but asked me to call service to get quote for fitment . i tried to wexplain it would be easier for part to send the aprts number for pricing the fitment but she insist i have to do it myself. i asked ofr the manger and after three minuted waiting manger answered and refused to say his name and he siad he will say who he is after i tell him my name i asked him three times and he answered same answer . rude and arrogant people and service .
