We just wanted to let you know how happy we are with our new windows! They look fantastic and it’s so quiet, we have never slept better!! We actually slept through our alarms on the first morning 😂
Lee and Samuel were fabulous - very respectful of our home and took pride in their work which is rare these days.

Nicole was so helpful and responsive in terms of preparing the quote and arranging delivery and installation. Lee and Sam came by for installation and they did a perfect job. measurements were spot on, and they the treated my house like theirs. Supper happy and definitely recommend them.

Our experience with the team at Christoffel Windows was very professional from start to finish they were easy to deal with. The thought of retrofitting 25 large windows and doors was daunting to us however Karl and his team put our minds at ease. Special thanks must go to Mark, Lee and young Sam for a neat and tidy install they came to work every day with a friendly attitude, nothing was a problem all our questions were answered and any above and beyond requests by us were sorted without question, the site was left in a clean and tidy state. We highly recommend the whole team and would not hesitate to engage them again.

Congratulations to you, the Christoffel team and all others involved in the production and installation of my window. The final result has been absolutely unbelievable. It has added another dimension to the area in which it was placed and looks fantastic.
It makes the enjoyment of my home even more pleasurable now.
The workmanship shown from the factory through to the installation has been simply outstanding.
The product itself oozes quality no matter how you look at it.
You are to be commended for sticking with a first class product over the years.

After visiting Germany a number of times in the last several years now, I was astounded at how much better quality German doors and windows were than I had seen in Australia in terms of temperature insulation, sound insulation, and build strength. When it came time to do a major home addition south of Sydney with large windows, French doors, and panoramic bi-folds I looked into getting similar quality doors and windows to what I had seen in Germany. Gratefully my building designer who knew what I was after, put me onto Christoffel in Sydney so I’d now found someone in Australia who made these same style German doors/windows so I didn’t have to look at importing. I obviously expected to pay more here for this than usual, but I had the advantage of having used such doors/windows in Germany so I knew what I was getting for the extra money. The best thing I ever did was get double-glazed and Argon filled glass for all doors and windows so I have an almost sound-proofed house now where my noisy kids don’t bother the neighbours and I can play movies at cinema-sized volumes with barely a sound outside of the newly constructed rooms added. This company was the only one that made what I wanted after visiting the usual suppliers but I just hoped that costs wouldn’t blow out. I was astounded to find that after refining the exact order of doors and windows required, that the price came in the SAME as the estimates I had gotten from the standard suppliers. I thought there had been a mistake and I expected an adjustment to come soon after I ordered but it didn’t come. Installation was done by my builder and went very smoothly. The company’s staff were interested in getting my doors and windows to site safely, and on delivery the offload was run by a Christoffel employee to make sure no rookie mistakes were made in unloading the product to where they were to be installed. I appreciated this aspect. I can’t recommend Christoffel highly enough.
