  Ordered a Chesterfield sofa in September 2020 for delivery by Christmas. Since then have had nothing but excuses and broken promises. COVID slowed the leather delivery, frame maker is running late, springs are delayed. None of my written complaints are answered. Extremely disappointed. Now told delivery will be December 2021. Do not order unless you have a written delivery date.
  
  All Danial has to do is deliver the sofa. What is the problem?

  Our chesterfields are fabulous ! Although they took longer than we anticipated to be built, the quality is amazing. Would highly recommend Danial's craftmanship. Couldn't be happier !
