  I have been going to this Chemist for many years and have never ever had a problem with anything, whatsoever. The owners and their amazing staff have always been extremely great in helping me with whatever I need. I am a disabled person with multiple health issues and they all go out of their way to make sure my every need is taken care of. I visit this store on a very regular basis and can honestly say that NEVER EVER have I had occasion to be disappointed by their excellent service. Nothing is ever a problem for any of them and if I need any sort of explanation, for anything, they are always willing to help with 'smiles on their faces' very, very pleasant people to deal with and I highly recommend this place, not just for medicines, but a variety of other miscellaneous items including a large range of Vitamins.
  I would like to shout out A HUGE THANK YOU to one and all at this fantastic Chemist, where nothing is ever a problem and they have, and still go well 'beyond the call of duty' in helping me might I add, I might be disabled, but I am a very observant person, and not only do they help me, but are extremely gracious, pleasant and helpful to anyone that walks into their store.
  Too many people revel in criticizing even a tiny mishap, but not a lot of people think of complimenting or thanking folk for their good deeds. As for myself, I have always believed in acknowledging good, rather than complaining.

  Poor experience. Were on our way to restaurant to meet friends and I dropped in with script. Gave it to Assistant who gave it to Pharmacist. Chatted with Assistant since there were no other customers. After about 12 minutes, asked how it was going. Assistant asked and Pharmacist said that he thought we were just chatting, and he would do it now. Assistant and I looked at each other - she was a bit distressed, since we both knew that he had simply forgotten. Took me 15 minutes and we were a bit late at the restaurant!!

  Very Unprofessional, Unapologetic. Zero duty of care for their patients.
  My husband's repeat of a medication was due, he called up on the day to make sure they have it ready, and they told him that they have given his medication to somebody else. The pharmacist was very rude and arrogant about it and did not apologise once. And when my husband ask what he should do in the mean time, she pretty much told him to deal with it until it arrived the next day and no time frame was given. The next day when he went to pick up the medication she again tried to put the ownness on him by saying you should have called and reserved the medication. He was up all night in pain and agony and did not get any sleep or relieve. We all know what the correct procedure should be with a repeat of a script. It gets checked a day before and gets put on the side for the due patient. Never had this bad experience with any other pharmacies.

  The team is awesome! They help me with planning of when I will need scripts filled and have them ready to pick up. They call me to remind me!! Fantastic
