  Pharmacist ignores you for 10 minutes while you stand there only to find that they over charged on the medication $5 more than the price on their website? When pointed out it was quickly reduced. Eftpos terminal says Amex but won't accept it?

  I use to be a regular customer, today I withdrew all my prescriptions and never going back there again . Most pharmacist are rude . Long waiting time . They don't have stock of heaps of medications. Very bad service

  Seems to be the most useless pharmacy around Officer.
  When I was pregnant I needed antibiotics, they told me it would be 15 mins wait. 20 mins later they told me they don't have my prescription in and it'll take 2 days. Just went there again now for a prescription and they told me that it was cash only at the moment. To go to Safeway to get money out, as I only bought my credit card and I walked 20 mins here, I was then sent away with nothing but a sorry!!!! Cheers guys, will you ever have your act together. I mean this is just the two times I've had to come here in the last two months, hate to see what it's like on a daily basis

  Friendly staff and good service/products. BUT always understaffed. Normal wait is 40 mins which is bit too long.
