I had a bad experience on the 17th of September on bus 5815 with a different bus driver and I got the bus door closed on me when I was in the doorway. It resulted in giving me some bad bruises from the door frame pressing against my side for a good ten seconds, before the relief driver hit the open button. I would expect for a modern bus to have a safety feature where the door would have a emergency release mechanism in case there was someone stuck and getting squished by the closing door.

I catch 5749 my bus driver is lovely and all ways gets me places on time and I would trust my life with Peter
