Amazing engineering workshop, the home of hot rods. Thanks for the open day.

Helpful but not helpful enough. Their crossmember's out by about 10-15mm plus. Welds look bodge and so on. At the moment my gearbox is sitting on a jack stand to keep it level until i can get a custom cross member. Wouldn't recommend their swap kits.

Fairly good customer service, if you buy online they charge for TNT Express Shipping but only send via Auspost. I called up and got the difference refunded easily thanks to Heath but only after 3 or so phone calls with their warehouse team.

Make sure your not getting ripped off on the shipping as well!

Absolutely terrible customer service. WE were after one part of a chassis strengthening kit. Decided to purchase but was then told the astronomical frieght charge. HUbby questioned the charge and was told they were not willing to post via Aust post or any other courier, only TNT. We decided to organise our own frieght at a fraction of that quoted by CRS. WHen we went to purchase/pay hubby asked CRS to wrap it up and put his name on it. The CRS staff told him no they wouldn't wrap it up it would be left on the front counter for the courier with nothing on it just a bare part. Was then told they would wrap it and address it for $25.

This makes my blood boil, super BAD customer service by arrogant people. We will NOT purchase, not now, not ever. I'd be surprised if they stay in budiness long. Would have to make the original owner cry with how they are now "serving" they're customers.

Purchased a IFS complete kit front end with all the additions required for an early holden. 8 weeks to build and it finally arrived. At first the welding and workmanship looked great. Once i begun to install the front end, it was clear all the finer details were lacking. Clearance issues, fitting issues where just the beginning. Barely any paperwork, key notes or installation instructions where provided and you may as well bang you head against a brick wall before you call for assistance..as the attitude i was met with "just figure it out". One major issue was rectified to their credit, but shouldn't of happened in the first place. Finally completed and onto the wheel aligner, the suspension geometry was poor with huge bump steer issues.

Conclusion; For a complete "kit" front end, it was far from complete and lacking attention to detail. I would advise anyone to steer clear of that product and look elsewhere.

Everything sort of fit. I'd bend up old trampoline poles before I use their headers again. Everything seems to be made to fit, not necessarily work. With endless hours of modifications, all seems to be good now
