  Just a quick note to convey our appreciation of the high quality service and professional advice we received from Tiffany Parsell and her team during the planning and installation of our new flooring.
  The quality of the materials and the work of the tradesmen who installed our floors was outstanding.
  At all stages of the project everyone was a pleasure to deal with. A great friendly team.
  We highly recommend Carpet Court Darwin to anyone who is looking for flooring and the other services they provide.

  We received exceptional service from Carpet Court and Aasta was so hopeful right from the time she came out late in the afternoon to do our quote. Installation was seamless and the quality of the work was exceptional.

  Tiffany made us feel that our job mattered even though it was relatively small (replacing old carpet with vinyl planking in 3 bedrooms) and she spent the time in the showroom showing us different options and carefully summarising the pros & cons of the different floor coverings the business installs. The installers came on time, did a good job and cleaned up well at the end. Tiffany popped in to check the job afterwards and to see how satisfied we are with the result. We found all the local companies we approached for flooring quotes to be quickly responsive and prices were similar so in a competitive business type, it was the time taken to hear our needs and explore the options that made Carpet Court Design & Decor the company we went with.

  We recently renovated our unit and chose to use Carpet Court as we'd seen their range on The Block!! Tiffany in particular was so helpful in assisting us with floor choices. The options were overwhelming but she made us feel comfortable through the whole process. We will definitely be using them again for future projects..
