Good place for parts but be prepared to go through some of the worst customer service you can get. Mainly only by one particular person who answers the phone. I won’t ever go back.

Edit: Cardiff Auto Wreckers contacted me the day after, apologized for the service and had a new spare part for me. I could come by the same day and it was installed straight away, for a very good price. Though all together was a bit of a hassle, I do appreciate the apology and quick response a lot, and am glad I got the service in the end!

Bad customer service.
I called before Christmas for a side mirror, and was told I would be called back to let me know whether they had one on stock. A week later I called again, they had forgotten i called, ordered a mirror and told me they would call me as soon as they would receive the mirror. 2.5 weeks later I received a message whether I still wanted the mirror. We agreed I would come the next day, and when I did, they had sold it to someone else. Then I was left waiting without any further comment. When I left 15 min later, I could not even say that I am leaving as both receptionists ignored me.
Considering the price would have been great, it is a shame that unfortunately I could not get the product due to 2 forgotten phone calls, selling the product to the wrong customer and then not explaining the situation to me but instead ignoring me while i waited.
