A lovely old pub that reminded me of the many I’ve visited in the UK. Service was great and the local fish and chips was done very well.

The food was good, the service was very slow and the boss lady thought it was cute to insult Queenslanders to my face, having responded to her question on our origins. On top of that she charged us for 2 bottles of white wine instead of 2 glasses.
A nice ambience but so glad I dont have to return!

Good service. Clean room. Good meal available in pub. Great location. Take note: no ensuite, bathrooms are shared.

Beer garden, chatty friendly staff, local beer, good food. Can't go wrong really. Need to come back in the winter and see the huge fireplaces in action.
