While I was buying some medication, my toddler tried on a couple of hats that were on display. I was told to restrain my child by the elderly lady at the cash register. Apparentley you were not allowed to try hats on. My son wasnt damaging anything, there weren't any "do not try on" signs. The lady admitted that she couldnt confirm that no body else had tried it on before my son. I felt that she was racially profiling us and even went on to add "I dont know whats on his head". Suggesting that he looked filthy. One of the worst pharmacy experiences ever.

Very disappointed with the service today after returning a tablet prescription that had a broken seal upon opening. After counting the tablets the pharmacist said they would be fine & were within their use by date. My concern was not the quantity or expiry, I was worried they may have been tampered with. Rather than replace the product with an unopened bottle I left the store with the same bottle and an assurance they would be safe.I am still unsure whether to take the medication.
