This is the best pet barn I have been into. They are very helpful and the staff are just plain out friendly. I wpuld recommend this shop to anyone.

I have only fed my dogs on Dr B's BARF for 7 yrs, for the last three weeks they have UNDERSTOCKED their supply meaning that even on delivery day the freezer is empty!!

Last week I spoke to the staff AND emailed the supplier about this issue and this week they tell me they made a mistake and failed to order ANY!! SERIOUSLY‼️ 😡😡😡

There is only ONE shop in town that sells this stuff GET IT RIGHT‼️

EDIT: Having had a week to "cool down", I feel I should add that I have always found their staff to be very friendly and helpful and their prices to be quite reasonable.

I am still very disappointed in their inability to stock something properly, particularly when it is something as important as as specialised diet - it is quite dangerous to completely change an animal's diet without easing them into the new diet!!

It saddens me to say this shop has lots my business forever 😞

The DIY dogwash is great. For $10 it saves mess and is much easier and quicker than washing at home.

The staff here have dead fish floating and have diseases, the hermit crabs never have any water as each time i go in there i comment and all i get is a shrug shoulder and bad attitude. I find this shop is so unprofessional it makes me wonder if they know how to look after animals highly recommend not shopping here as you get treated like dirt.!!!!
