There are many tourist centers in Cairns, but none of them is so great like at Cairns Discount Tours! We are experienced divers and were looking for informations about liveaboards in Cairns. Peter the manager really took his time with us and explained us all about the different safaris and the diving spots all around the great barrier reef. He was very knowledgeable, being a diver and actually traveled with the different liveaboards, we knew, that we came to the right place. He was really honest with us about the quality of the dives and knew exactly what we were after.
We decided for a Minke Whale dive trip and got way better prices then on the divecenters homepage or in other tourist center. He will do everything, that you get want you are looking for.

Highly recommend this agency! They are very professional and provide magnificent service!!
I choose diving for 2 people with 10% discount and my friend fell sick, we got full refund for her without any hassle, the guy took our word and didn't bother asking proof or anything. Loved dealing with this company, other tour companies don't give you any refunds or provide such good service!

Boooking through Cairns Discount Tours, i was able to skydive the next morning, for cheaper, and a free service bus came get me where i was staying overnight! All i had to do was to ask to jump, super easy.
Cairns is (with Airlie Beach) the best spot for skydive in Australia.
It was just amazing, clear blue sky and beautiful view.

Cairns Discount Tours at Yorkeys Knob Beach was very helpful. As a backpacker I wanted to figure out what attractions I could see for free. They provided me with free maps and recommendations on all the things I should do in Cairns based off my interests. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions very thoroughly as well as provided more recommendations for things I didn't even think of. 10/10 would recommend Cairns Discount Tours at Yorkeys knob.

We booked a campervan through cairns discount tours to travel from cairns to Sydney down the east coast. The price was much cheaper than other agencies and the booking process was very simple. Peter gave us lots of suggestions and advice which made the experience very easy. Well worth the visit to their information centre for any tour bookings in cairns!!

I book a trip with Cairns Discount Tours. It was very helpful wit lots of informations, but not pushy. I wanted just snorkeling not diving and I found a great packages for the Great Barrier Reef and through then I booked Tusa. He explained to me the best spots to snorkeling and the different possibilities. Thanks for your advice and for the special price.
