During my house-hunting process, I have used Buy Wise on two different occasions for pre-purchase building and pest inspections. Both times, I have received excellent customer service and prompt e-mail responses to my enquiries. Additionally, the team have been extremely accommodating to the time frames in which I needed the inspections to be completed. I can't recommend Buy Wise highly enough and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Fantastic customer service, Very detailed reports.

I've had Buy Wise conduct structural building, and pest reports on 2 properties in the last few months.

We pulled out of the purchase for the first property because of major issues found in the inspection. Which has saved us a massive amount of time and money that would have been spend on repairs.

The estate agent also told us they are too detailed and he would not allow us to use them again to inspect any of his properties!!!

Would recommend them to anyone!

I was recommended by my cousins to use Buy Wise to inspect a new property. I phoned them and it was like talking to people I have always known. The friendliness over the phone was amazing. I got the job done and the reports very quickly. I am so impressed. I also spoke to one of the Inspectors (Ben). He immediately helped me with my small query regarding a file they had sent. Try them and you wont be disappointed.

Excellent service, from the point you call them to book an appointment till the report is send , all happened withing 24 hours. The service is excellent , with detailed report and picture. . You can book pest and building inspection with same company. Highly recommended.

I purchased my house on a Sunday, i called up Buy-Wise on Monday morning at 8:00 to book in an appointment, i was happy to hear that they could have someone out the next morning at 8:00. They came out did the report and i had a copy of the report by that night. The whole process was painless and very well organised. I do recommend using them for inspections.

I purchased a building and pest inspection report from Buywise for a property I was about to purchase in Melbourne. The reports were extremely thorough and picked up a number of issues, including a major structural defect. I spoke with the building inspector and he said I should be negotiating a price reduction of at least $50,000 given all the issues that would need fixing on the house. The seller wouldn't drop the price at all so I walked away from the purchase. All i can say is thank god I got this report and didn't end up with massive headaches later on! I would highly recommend this company before buying a house. I will never again purchase a house without doing one of these inspections.

So happy we chose Buy-Wise. One thing that set them apart from the competition was their use of Termite Detection Dogs. They were very happy to have us attend the inspection and both inspectors gave us a verbal report immediately on completion. We received a very comprehensive written report that evening!!! Talk about fast!!!! We were thoroughly impressed. Their administration staff are so friendly and such a pleasure to deal with. Can't praise them highly enough!

Recently purchase a property, and I needed an inspection done quite quickly. Buy-Wise were very quick to liaise with my agent to set up a time that suited all parties. They brought out 2 agents, as well as a dog to sniff out termites.

The report itself is very comprehensive, but is structured in a way that makes it incredibly easy to read/understand.
The service was great and I was told to call back anytime if I needed anything explained. The report provides recommendations and photos of all aspects of the property (inside, outside, under the property and on the roof). They will bring special attention to anything that needs repair/replacing, and even put in what that particular part/service should cost.

Overall, you wont go wrong with these guys. I feel very confident in the reports I have received, and was so glad everything went through without any issues.
