When it comes to photocopying, Officeworks makes it easy with its recharge card. Getting the card is free, and within seconds, from a machine in the store. Then you just have to add money to the card which you can keep with you and top up when needed.

Officeworks is my one-stop shop. The chain dominates the print business arena - dotting most suburbs and the city. To get an idea how big and how progressive it is, it has expanded to 163 stores and 7000 employees across Australia with the latest ultra high speed machines to churn out quality jobs quickly and efficiently. According to retail analysts, Officeworks is at the top of its game after more than 10 years of Wesfarmers management.

As a medium business owner who knows what money management is all about in a very tight Australian economy, I always get my staff to look for the cheapest and best quality deals. We found them in Officeworks. If you need business cards, it’s $9.99 for 250 and under $20 for 1000 cards. Colour output is a low, low price and turnaround is fast.

Those bad reviews below might be obsoleted. I just come to the shop today worrying about the service but look like they are changing blood with many new trainees and the personal service plus checkout was excellent! (For bad reviewer) Go try it again if you want ;)

Don’t come here for any printing. Ive been coming here for 20 years as I’m local and 9/10 times the print desk staff are rude and have zero clue how to do their jobs. Only the print desk though, normal store staff are not as bad. Other officeworks in the surrounding suburbs are always better and staffed with much nicer people.

Great shop with everything my kids need for school. I get a lot of my tech there as well. Prices can be quite steep but if you check online for the cheapest price and show it to them then they will always price match. It can be hard to find someone to help especially just before closing time.

Convenient hours, and good prices, BUT the staff behind the printing section are so slow! Whenever I need to pick up something, there can be up to 5 staff wandering around (2 at the door doing literally nothing but standing), and yet there's a line at the printing / pickup section. I don't mind waiting when it's busy and staff are doing there best, but it's another story when there's only 1 of the 5 doing any work.

Hands down amazing. These guys went to all lengths to help me to find two white chairs for a dinner party tomorrow. They seriously left me smiling and helped me to carry a table that I couldn't carry myself. Thanks Officeworks Bondi

The staff at the Bondi Junction store are fantastic. Which makes up for things like machines not working fully for 4 months and then not working at all to print larger sizes. And the editing capabilities are almost non existent compared with the old machines.
Leslie was so patient and tried EVERYTHING to assist me with my 2 orders but to no avail. The machine just would not work.
And the young lady, Maddie, who works on a Saturday night is one of the BEST customer service people I have ever encountered. She knows what she is doing, has great communication skills and goes over and above to find solutions.
There are a few other staff members there who are also excellent and I must make a note of their names next time I am in there.
Overall, the store is conveniently located with easy parking and well laid out, and pricing is reasonable.
The 5 star rating is simply because of the staff. They are excellent - and after all, a business is only as good as its people!

Great facility in the old library. Massive variety when it comes to Office supplies.
Self serve and full serve copying a welcome sight at very reasonable rates.

management is bloody useless. printing line of 10 people and 1 clueless clerk trying to do the printint. meanwhile 5 staff members are doing bugger all "greeting" customers and standing behind computers. what an idiot!

For approximately the third time I attempted to have dox printed at OW without success. The self-service printers are usually found to be not working. That you find out after loading printing credit on a card. Any attempt to get the staff to print requires a 48 hr wait time and a booking. Plus you have to navigate the couldn't-care-less attitude. Or the queue. Or both. Save yourself the disappintment and go elsewhere. It's great for unnecessary purchases of stationery products but for service? Forget it.

This office works is absolutely ridiculous. The staff are dawdling around with no urgency to help the lines of customers waiting. There is one person at the photo desk who has no idea what he's doing, the staff don't want to help out and have no care for customer service. Appalling.

This has to be the worst Office Works in Australia. No one EVER picks up the phone when you call for an inquiry, and when they do they are so rude.
You go there and no one wants to help you and you try to find someone, they palm you off to someone else. That place needs a complete overhaul and management from Head Office need to come and sort them all out.
Best office works is Lewisham /petersham. They are so helpful and polite.

Electronics are often the best price found, but do your research before had as staff arent that knowledgeable.

focus on quality quiet less especially if you want to get a photo done. They will do bare minimum. Rest its just another store.
