  Absolutely disgusting treatment of my daughter…very judgmental and picky with what patients they’ll treat. Why pay private health insurance to be treated this way!! No compassion. It’s too easy to palm you off to the Prince Charles Hospital which they seem to have a reputation of doing quite regularly.

  Very happy with the service and professionalism. We experienced zero wait time and were treated immediately. The price is not cheap but the service and speed is excellent.

  Not sure how often this hospital turns away sick people but after waiting outside for 30 minutes while they deliberated, I was turned away on Christmas Day because my Covid test was 7 days old not 3 days.
  The irony of finding no place available in that hospital on Christmas Day was remarkable.
  The attendant at HSNPH walked me around to The Prince Charles Hospital Emergency Department where they accepted me and diagnosed me with a painful kidney stone.
  I've had good experiences at HSNPH before but this effort was unsympathetic, uncompassionate, callous and extremely poor.

  Took my child in and was seen very quickly. Within a few hours had bloods, X-ray and ultrasound done. Was also given a diagnosis and clear plan forward. Much quicker than public emergency
