John responded to an emergency burst water hose that needed fixing asap. Despite being booked out on the day, he managed to organise another plumber to do the job.

I could not rate or recommend Jean any higher!
He was the second quote I got to plumb mains water to my fridge. The job certainly had its complex elements but where quote one wanted to butcher half my house to do it Jean worked with me to keep the pipe run hidden and cost effective. He did a far better job at half the price of the first quote!
Where Jean could have milked the job on the day he instead gave me the option of drilling holes and running some pipe myself to save some time and coin. He left me a length of pipe and I got the prep done for him which helped him on the day.
The quality of the workmanship is second to none with no corners cut. Jean consulted me and made me part of the process every step of the way to ensure the final product was exactly what I wanted.
On the day I asked for a couple of leaking taps to be fixed and another set to be swapped over which was done without issue.
Jean conducts himself professionally with quality workmanship and absolute value for money.response / report this review -

I rang with little notice, renovating the house, they came through for me being there on time. Did a great job. Coming back in a couple of days to do extra work for me. Thanks guys, words can't express how much I appreciate you making time for me.

These guys are the best!
I have recently had 2 occasions where I required plumbing issues sorted out at my house.
Both Jean and Callum were prompt, very knowledgeable and sorted out the problems quickly and cost-effectively.

Highly recommended. Called with an urgent blockage on a Friday at 1pm and 3 hours later my problem was sorted. Friendly service, prompt and reliable. Considering it was an urgent call out, price was pretty reasonable. Thank you!

The service was excellent and our plumbing issues fixed quickly. After two hours work I was wondering which limb I was going to have to sell to pay for a two hour plumbing bill.but I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable rates and would definitely recommend Bright Water Plumbing & Gas.

I had a blocked and overflowing drain. I called Jean from Bright Water Plumbing & Gas, they were able to come out that afternoon and fix the problem straight away. Jean was friendly and polite, their charge was very reasonable and I would definitely use their service again.
