  Delighted to find my favourite pastries, however the overwhelming presence of flies did put me off slightly.
  The staff were able to confidently, albeit incorrectly, respond to my most obscure of queries.

  The taste is ok. But the staff at The store at Melbourne central are very bad. Poor service and unfriendly. I doubt whether they are uneducated or simply racist ! I wonder whether the owner of this bread shop ever have a simple monthly meeting to remind their staff that they are serving customers for their living. They forgot what they are doing for a living, is being serving customers. What is the definition of "customer service"? Being rude,unfriendly and don't want to talk with customers? No matter how tasty the foods are, I am not going to go there again. I go to buy, not beg for foods.

  Miss those Tunabuns so so much. The dough is just so fluffy and moist.you don't get that with western bread as Asian bread is made via a special 'tangzhong' method.
  Now i live in a city without Bread Topand it's sad Next time we move, we'll definitely go somewhere with yummy Asian bread!

  Absolutely wonderful food every time, but horrible customer service. Every time I go to breadtop the employees seem grumpy, abrupt and rather rude. Makes me feel incredibly uncomfortable being there. At any rate, still worth going for the bread.

  They don't have the best variety of baked goods in comparison to other breadtop stores in the cbd but they always have my favourite, the melonpan at early hours in the morning for me to pick up on the way to class or work when the other stores don't. Fast and efficient customer service too.

  Love the cakes here. One of my favorite places to get chinese cakes. Similar to the ones that I ate in Hong Kong.

  Really liked their range of bakery products. Bit crowded sometimes. Bit it doesn't take time to pick what you like and for payments.
