I just want to start with anyone going threw the Workers Compensation system and your looking for a lawyer to represent you and give you straight forward legal advice look know further than BPC Lawyers.
I suffered a injury at work I was 29 years old at the time with know pre injuries and was so scared as your whole world is turning upside down due to your injury and pain, and then to top it off you have the insurance company coming after you and you feel like your all alone with a whirlwind of emotion and what the heck am I going to do.
After having 2 previous different law firms represent me that I didnt like and I was completely at my wits end I came across BPC lawyers and met Scott Hall Johnston and I Stayed with him until the end, it was the best decision I ever made.
My lawyer was Scott Hall Johnston and what a great lawyer he is he really knows his stuff and really works hard to get his clients the best outcome, and one thing I really liked about Scott he says it how it is which when your going threw this and seeing all sorts of different Doctors and insurance people it's good to know you have someone in your corner.
My case was long and completely exhausting but the end result was amazing and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome and this law firm are really fare with there pricing aswell so all in all after a tragic accident BPC got me what I deserved and I would truly recommend them to anyone going threw the Worker compensation Hell.

I chose BPC Lawyers to represent me after meeting with several firms about my Workplace Injury legal needs. After meeting some of the team I was allocated Tim Driscoll to represent me. After my first interactions I felt at ease and knew that I was in great hands. Every step of the way Tim treated me with kindness, professionalism and respect during a really difficult time in my life.
Under Tim's guidance I have recently settled my case during the mediation stage and have ended up with a financial settlement that was above my expectations and means I can now focus on my health. My case was quite complicated and as a result took 6 years to resolve. In my search for representation I called quite a few firms till Lynn Vaughan answered the phone. Her professional and friendly manner set the tone for all future dealings with BPC and I never once regretted the decision to ask them to represent me.
Tim Driscoll, Associate was instrumental in not only ensuring a life changing outcome but in supporting me to persevere while keeping my sanity. He stepped me through the process, keeping me informed in a manner that was clear and allowed choices as to how to proceed with the implications for each.

I stumbled across BPC through the internet (mainly because of their high rating) and was fortunate to have met up with Scott Hall-Johnson who managed my accident case.
Scott was great in every aspect of my situation. He is very knowledgeable, polite and has great communication skills.
My final outcome was much better than expected and the entire BPC team served me very well throughout the entire process.

I first came into contact with BPC in 2018 for a possible worker’s compensation claim. Mark Nelson and Melissa Portelli have provided me with exceptional advise and guidance with my Workers compensation claim and subsequent Injury and damages claim.
I am not sure I could have got through it with out their support.
The team work was exceptional and provided a pleasing outcome.

You know the term "Lawyer's are just crooks working for crooks" well that term goes right out the window with this firm, because each person right to the receptionist are all genuine down to earth people. couldn't get through what im going through right now without them. highly recommend.

I had a good experience of working with Mark and his team at BPC Lawyers while working on my compensation case for a car accident. As my case was a big one, it required longer time to process and during this almost 4 years, Mark was so professional, responsive, supportive and I was happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Mark and BPC Lawyers as they know all you need and Mark is one of the bests, if not the best one!

Courtenay Poulden is an absolute professional and treated me with respect and courtesy at all times. His advice and recommendations were always sound . I felt involved in every part of the process and I never felt uninformed.
BPC is very fortunate to have Lyn Vaughan and Kim Williams as part of the support team.
