  Say what you want about Bowen, whether it's about the pebbly beaches, big mango statues and sleepy streets, this fish and chip shop is not a place to be missed. Arguably some of the best food in this town, you won't be disappointed with it's tasty white Fish fillets and crispy chips. If you're here for a visit like I was, highly recommend a visit. Also a great patio to eat, facing the docks.

  Freshest whiting $11 with chips, we have ever had - house fish is Spanish Mackerel $8.50 and incredible. Chips are Crunchy on the outside and so soft on the inside. Make sure you sit out the back and watch the boats! 6 stars! Worth the drive from Airlee. Lovely service as well

  GREAT fish but chips are bog standard pre-packaged yuck. Seating is OK marina side but not well signed so we unknowingly ate adjacent to car park. Fast service.
